Member of the Instructional Design Team
Professional Mentor Trainer (ISFEC)
Dissertation Supervisor (ICP)
A private school teacher under contract for over 10 years, Marianne passionately imparts both academic and social skills to children aged 3 to 11, making these skills her primary focus. With her Positive Discipline facilitator certification, she continues to work towards positive parenting by training in Nonviolent Communication and Nature-Based Pedagogy. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Applied Foreign Languages (English and German) and a University Diploma in French as a Foreign Language, she taught in the United Kingdom for a time, after which she obtained her Master's degree in Education and Training, specializing in Pierre Faure's personalized pedagogy, and developed a particular interest in neurodivergent students.
Concurrently, she became a lecturer, first at the Lasalle-Mounier Higher Institute of Catholic Education (Paris), then at the Catholic Institute of Paris, where she mentored students preparing for the competitive examination for primary school teachers, both in practical settings and in their professional writing. This role allowed her to serve as an examiner and jury member for mock exams, as well as to lead a symposium on the ethical responsibility of the teaching profession. Marianne's classrooms have always been places of knowledge transfer, as she regularly hosts student teachers, thus becoming a mentor to newly qualified primary school teachers.
Most recently, she was entrusted with the role of thesis director, thus supporting students in the writing of this master's thesis.
Marianne joined the HoplaBoum team as co-director in September 2023, a project which, through its many facets, naturally enriches an already well-advanced journey on the central place of the child.
Marianne is a bilingual, enthusiastic, and cheerful early childhood professional who combines humor and rigor with an adaptability closely linked to the teamwork she thrives on. She enjoys arts and crafts, cooking, and singing, and has trained in Creative Journaling to infuse her professional practice and personal journey with a form of art therapy.
